JOB DESCRIPTION
THE ROLE
As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be working closely with the Design and Marketing Team of NEX10 Labs, to contribute in terms of idea creation and be able to translate the objective of the campaign and complex data into something visually stunning and aesthetically attractive, to communicate the key messages and/or help build brand awareness. A proactive self-starter with a hands-on attitude with enthusiasm to work and achieve as part of a growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Develop a thorough understanding of our brand and our visual language
● Create visually stunning media assets and deliver compelling content through video editing, motion graphics, audio, and static imagery for social media platforms
● Work with internal teams to brainstorm fresh and creative ideas
● Maximise existing content and help develop social media presence through the creation of digital media content
● Updated and well-versed in social media trends
● Adhere to animated video adaptation best practices for social media platforms
● Be responsible for the task given and able to complete with minimal help
● Ensure that our asset archival is organised and well-maintained on cloud storage
● Any other duties as assigned by the management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
● 2-3+ years of experience in Video Editing and Motion Design, preferably for social media
● Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and works well under pressure
● Familiarity with motion graphics, sound and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, Illustrator, and Photoshop
● Demonstrate strong communication skills, as well as the ability to explain ideas and advocate for design decisions
● Creative, motivated, dedicated, good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
● Able to multi-tasks and prioritise different tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising artistic creativity

NICE-TO-HAVE
● Comfort with working remotely on a full-time basis
● Have some understanding on Web3 will be a plus
