We are looking for a creative Motion Graphic Designer to help introduce our company's identity and services through stunning visuals. You will be responsible for translating concepts into an engaging video narrative, from introducing the company and showcasing our portfolio, to delivering a clear Call to Action (CTA). We offer extensive creative freedom to explore your storytelling style, especially if you lean towards a clean, minimalist, and modern tech aesthetic.
Core Responsibilities
- Designing and producing motion graphic videos for company needs, such as company profiles and portfolio showcases.
- Building a compelling visual narrative that captivates the audience from start to finish.
- Developing visual storylines through storyboards or styleframes prior to the animation phase.
- Accurately applying the company's brand guidelines, particularly in the use of colors and modern tech design elements.
- Delivering animations with smooth transitions, engaging pacing, and professional typography.
- Managing audio mixing, ensuring a balance between background music (BGM) and sound effects (SFX) to elevate the viewing experience without clashing.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, backed by a portfolio showcasing engaging and polished animation styles.
- Proficient in industry-standard animation and editing software, such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- High aesthetic sensibility, particularly towards a professional, minimalist dark mode style.
- Ability to structure a complete video narrative, including an introductory hook, a showcase of services, and a solid CTA.
- Understanding of basic audio mixing techniques to ensure there is no audio clipping or clashing.
- Accustomed to working with a high degree of creative freedom, and disciplined in managing project files (including fonts and linked assets) in an organized manner.
