Motion Graphic Designer

We Are Social Indonesia is looking for a talented Female Motion Graphic Designer to join our Creative team.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and motion ideas based on campaign briefs.
• Create and edit motion graphics and video content for digital and social media platforms.
• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment during production and on-site shoots.
• Perform color correction, color grading, and audio post-production to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Manage production assets and conduct quality control before final delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and meet client expectations.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Indonesian citizen and currently based in Indonesia.
• Willing to work from our Jakarta office under a hybrid working arrangement (4 days WFO, 1 day WFA).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer and/or Video Editor, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
• Experience working on beauty brands is highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation, and video editing projects.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CapCut.
