ABOUT THE POSITION
Montessori Erdkinder Bali is seeking a dedicated Indonesian educator to support the learning and development of children aged 3–6 in a Montessori environment.
The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, respects each child's individuality, and encourages independence, curiosity, and positive social development. Candidates without formal Montessori training are welcome to apply if they have a strong educational background and a willingness to learn.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support children's learning and development using Montessori principles.
- Prepare a safe, organised, and engaging classroom environment.
- Observe children's progress and individual learning needs.
- Encourage independence, practical life skills, and positive social interactions.
- Communicate professionally with parents, colleagues, and school management.
- Participate in teamwork, training, and continuous professional development.
REQUIREMENTS
- Indonesian citizen.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher in Early Childhood Education, Education, English Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Professional experience working with children aged 3–6.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, patient, reliable, and emotionally mature.
- Genuine interest in Montessori education and long-term professional development.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- AMI Montessori Diploma for ages 3–6 or another recognised Montessori qualification.
- Previous Montessori classroom experience.
- Experience in kindergarten or mixed-age classrooms.
- Understanding of Montessori principles and child observation.
Formal Montessori training is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with a strong early childhood education background and a willingness to pursue further training.
