The Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Sales professional specializing in Modern Trade to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth within major retail chains and key accounts, playing a crucial role in the continued success of our renewable energy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, professional networking, and strategic market outreach.
- Client Engagement: Conduct high-level meetings and presentations to showcase our innovative energy solutions to corporate clients and retail partners.
- Deal Negotiation: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiating and closing deals with both new and existing key accounts.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and account retention.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Technical, and Supply Chain) to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed monthly/annual individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience, specifically within Modern Trade (MT) or Key Account Management (experience in energy/electronics/building materials is a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Skill Set: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills to navigate complex sales environments.
- Mindset: A self-starter who can work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and modern sales tools/technologies.
