About This Role
Glints is hiring mobile engineers to work on our career progression and job marketplace product, which helps young professionals in Southeast Asia develop career skills, learn from a community and secure jobs.

People you will work with
In this role, you will work closely with your fellow mobile developers, the product designers, UX designers and the product manager. Your direct manager will be either the CTO or his engineering managers, whose job is to support and unblock you in your work.

The engineering team is on track to doubling in size in 2 years, thus opening up many pathways for progression. We offer both technical I/C and managerial paths, with both equally compensated at the same level of impact.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and develop product features, and eventually epics, with the mobile engineering team
- Work collaboratively with product manager and product designers to actively shape product ideas
- Lead and introduce technical standards or practices that ensure quality, enable iterations and save the team time in the long run
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience working in software development as part of a team
- Working experience as a mobile developer, having published and released mobile applications to the App Store or Play Store
- Write clean and maintainable code
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building
- Proficiency in version control and continuous integration
- Clear and logical communication in English

- History of contribution to open source projects
