Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science & Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Mobile Application Support Engineer, Application Support, or Mobile Developer, preferably in banking or financial industry.
- Experience in implementation and support of mobile applications (Android/iOS) and backend integration services.
- Familiar with SQL Server Database and SQL Query for troubleshooting and data analysis purposes.
- Knowledge or experience in containerization, CI/CD, scripting, Linux, and mobile application deployment processes will be an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills for mobile applications and backend services.
- Experience working in Agile project delivery environment.
- Fluent in using Jira and support ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams and users.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, System Analyst, Developers, and users to support mobile application delivery and issue resolution.
- Provide implementation and deployment planning for mobile applications and related services.
- Deploy mobile applications and backend services to Test, Production, and DRC environments.
- Troubleshoot mobile application, API, and system-related issues.
- Monitor and optimize application performance and system stability.
- Provide implementation, deployment, and support reports.
- Support application maintenance, incident handling, and production monitoring activities.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth application release and operational support.
