We are a dynamic and growing technology agency, constantly evolving with every challenge and iteration. As we gear up to improve our latest project, we're looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to bring life to the next phase of our product.
We are looking for someone who is user-centric, design-sensitive, and eager to explore how visuals and interactions can shape emotional engagement. Your work will directly impact real users, and you'll be part of a small, agile, and ambitious team.
Working Terms:
- Remote & async-friendly work
- Part-time
- Paid 1-week trial, then monthly renewable contract
- Hands-on exposure to early-stage product building

Key Responsibilities:
- Design clean, intuitive interfaces and user flows for mobile apps and dashboards
- Gamification strategies to elevate user interaction and retention when relevant
- Create scalable, consistent UI designs using Figma
- Drive end-to-end user journey mapping and continuously improve the customer experience (CX)
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows that balance business needs and user value
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to implement and iterate on solutions
- Apply UX psychology principles to improve emotional flow and engagement
Must Have:
- Proficiency to communicate in English
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design
- Proficient in Figma
- Experience designing for mobile (Android & IOS)
- Able to design from scratch with a user-first mindset, including journey mapping and wireframing
- Knowledge of smart animate, Lottie, or After Effects is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of UX psychology and visual hierarchy
Nice to Have:
- Understands how to customize visual tone depending on target users (e.g., male vs female audiences)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated to align design with both user needs and business goals
