We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Head Bartender / Mixologist to lead our bar team and create a signature beverage experience for our guests.
Position Overview
As the Head Bartender / Mixologist, you will oversee all bar operations, lead and train the bartending team, and develop innovative cocktail concepts that align with the NOME Beach Club brand and guest experience.
You will play a key role in creating a high-quality, energetic, and professional bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop signature cocktails, premium beverage menus, and seasonal drink concepts
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar team
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and service standards
- Manage daily bar operations and workflow efficiency
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Control beverage cost, waste, and stock usage
- Create engaging guest interactions and premium hospitality experiences
- Stay updated with international mixology trends and nightlife concepts
- Support events, beach parties, and special activations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in bars, beach clubs, nightlife venues, or luxury hospitality
- Previous experience as Head Bartender or Senior Bartender preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixology techniques, and bar operations
- Leadership and team management skills
- Creative, energetic, and detail-oriented personality
- Fluent English required
- Experience in Bali or island hospitality environments is a strong advantage
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and evening events
