Deskripsi pekerjaan [Mitra] Customer Service PT Repex Wahana

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:

  • Menangani telepon dan chat pelanggan sesuai jadwal operasional serta memberikan informasi layanan secara akurat.
  • Menerima dan memproses pesanan pengambilan maupun pengiriman barang dengan memastikan keakuratan data.
  • Menangani pertanyaan, keluhan, dan kendala pelanggan serta melakukan eskalasi apabila diperlukan.
  • Melakukan monitoring status pengiriman dan memperbarui data pengiriman pada sistem secara berkala.
  • Mempromosikan produk dan layanan perusahaan serta mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis untuk diteruskan kepada tim Sales.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Customer Service atau Call Center.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, sopan, dan efektif, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office dan terbiasa menggunakan sistem CRM/ERP.
  • Bersedia bekerja shifting, mampu multitasking, dan bekerja di bawah tekanan.
