Deskripsi pekerjaan [Mitra] Clearance & Freight Operation Runner PT Repex Wahana
Tanggung Jawab:
- Mengantar dan mengambil dokumen penting seperti DO (Delivery Order), SPPB, PIB, manifest, invoice, atau dokumen kepabeanan lainnya ke/dari pihak terkait (customs, shipping line, warehouse, airline, dan lainnya).
- Mendampingi proses fisik pemeriksaan barang (physical check) di lokasi seperti TPS, warehouse, atau pelabuhan sesuai instruksi tim clearance.
- Mengantarkan dan memantau pengeluaran atau penerimaan barang dari lokasi penyimpanan ke lokasi pengiriman sesuai SLA.
- Menjalankan tugas sebagai kurir internal dalam area operasional untuk mendukung kebutuhan tim (delivery kecil, pengambilan approval, fotokopi dokumen, dll).
- Melakukan koordinasi lapangan dengan petugas bea cukai, petugas pelabuhan, atau pihak warehouse untuk memastikan kelancaran proses.
- Mendampingi pelanggan atau vendor saat inspeksi/pengambilan barang apabila diperlukan.
- Melaporkan progres tugas secara real-time kepada atasan/tim operasional melalui tools komunikasi internal (chat, WA, sistem).
- Menjaga keamanan dan kerahasiaan dokumen perusahaan selama proses pengiriman atau penyerahan.
- Memastikan kendaraan operasional yang digunakan tetap dalam kondisi baik dan sesuai standar kebersihan & keamanan (jika menggunakan kendaraan perusahaan)
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/sederajat, diutamakan lulusan D3.
- Memiliki SIM C atau SIM A aktif (jika diperlukan sesuai kebutuhan operasional).
- Kondisi fisik prima dan siap bekerja secara mobile dalam sistem shift (AM & PM).
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai kurir/runner/logistik support menjadi nilai tambah.
- Disiplin, jujur, cekatan, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan serta cuaca yang bervariasi.
- Familiar dengan area pelabuhan, bandara, dan lokasi gudang akan menjadi keunggulan tambahan.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Cengkareng.
