Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, refill, and maintain minibar items in villas according to company standards.
- Monitor minibar stock availability and ensure proper storage organization.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure cleanliness and neat arrangement of minibar and pantry areas.
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations regarding stock replenishment.
- Assist in preparing guest requests related to minibar items and refreshments.
- Maintain accurate records of stock usage and inventory movement.
- Handle cash, non-cash, and EDC payment transactions properly and accurately.
- Prepare payment records and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
- Support basic food & beverage service when required.
- Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, GRO, and Operations teams.
- Ensure all products are properly stored and within expiry dates.
- Maintain cooperative attitude and good teamwork within the department.
- Follow hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times.
- Assist with other operational duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hospitality / F&B Service preferred
- Basic waiter/service skills
- Familiar with cash, non-cash, and EDC transactions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiar with storage and inventory handling
- Responsible, neat, and detail-oriented
- Basic English communication preferred
- Able to work flexible hours and operational shifts
