Deskripsi pekerjaan Milklab Production PT Bali General Supply (BGS)
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage & Milk Production:
- Produce almond milk and other pre-batched beverages following BGS recipes and production procedures.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, color, and portioning for every batch produced.
Preparation for Bar Operations:
- Supply bar teams with daily stock of almond milk and beverage bases based on outlet requirements.
- Coordinate with outlet teams for refills, delivery schedules, and special requests.
Delivery Support:
- Prepare and pack products properly for internal transfer or external delivery.
- Ensure all products are labeled, dated, and stored correctly during transport.
Cleanliness & Hygiene:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area at all times.
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (including regular equipment cleaning).
Stock Handling & Reporting:
- Monitor inventory of ingredients (almonds, sweeteners, bottles, etc.) and report low stock to the supervisor.
- Assist in daily or weekly stock counts and storage organization using FIFO method.
Equipment Operation:
- Operate production tools and machines (blenders, strainers, storage containers, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in kitchen or beverage production is preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks (lifting, blending, washing, bottling).
- Able to follow recipes and production SOPs precisely.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or in a small team.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
