Deskripsi pekerjaan Middle Mile Supervisor - SPX Express (Kab. Cirebon, Jawa Barat) PT Nusantara Ekspres Kilat (Shopee Express)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Supervise and lead both 3rd-party logistics (3PL) and internal linehaul operations
- Coordinate with First Mile, Sortation Center and Last Mile hubs to align on lead times and trip demand
- Work closely with the fleet team to ensure unit readiness
- Plan and optimize routes while maximizing fleet utilization
- Monitor vehicle occupancy to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Coach and develop team members to strengthen operational capabilities
- Manage resource planning to support Sortation Center’s new implementations
Persyaratan:
- High school degree and above from all majors
- 3 - 5 years experience in Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain industry (prior experience as a Transport Supervisor would be an advantage)
- Experienced in handling Land/Air/Sea operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Willing to be placed in Kab. Cirebon, Jawa Barat
