Mid–Senior Architect
Full-Time • On-Site • Bogor
We're looking for a Mid–Senior Architect who can lead projects from concept to technical development while maintaining strong design quality and clear communication with clients.Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in an architecture firm.
- Strong design thinking and architectural problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Layout, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Able to develop projects from concept through DED.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and material specifications.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to work on-site in Bogor.Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and design direction for projects.
- Produce Design Development and Detail Engineering Design (DED) packages.
- Prepare 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Conduct site visits and design supervision when required.
