MID-LEVEL FULL-STACK DEVELOPER (ANGULAR / .NET) — CONTRACT
Company: Enhanced Genetics AI / TechSpire Solutions LLC
Location: Vietnam; Da Nang preferred
Work arrangement: Remote, with flexible scheduling
Commitment: Approximately 40 hours per week
Compensation: VND 15,000,000–20,000,000 per month, depending on skills and experience
Initial period: 90-day paid probationary period, followed by a review before continuing the contract
ABOUT THE ROLE
Enhanced Genetics AI is an existing health technology platform that helps people understand laboratory results and track their health over time. We are looking for a capable full-stack developer to help maintain and improve the live application, resolve issues, and deliver new features.
You will work directly with the founder and development team. We value practical ability, reliable delivery, clear communication, and ownership of your work. A college degree is not required.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Build and improve Angular user interfaces, dashboards, forms, and member workflows.
• Develop and maintain C# / ASP.NET Core APIs and SQL Server database functionality.
• Troubleshoot issues across the frontend, backend, database, and third-party integrations.
• Work on authentication, subscriptions, laboratory integrations, and AI-enabled features.
• Test changes, support UAT, and help deliver stable releases.
• Protect sensitive user information through sound development practices.
• Keep the team informed about progress, blockers, and expected delivery dates.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Practical experience building and maintaining applications with Angular, C# / ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server.
• Ideally 3–5 years of relevant development experience; demonstrable ability matters more than credentials.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, Entity Framework Core, and Git.
• Ability to read an existing codebase, investigate problems, and deliver maintainable changes.
• English sufficient for technical discussions, written updates, and understanding requirements.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on agreed priorities.
• No college degree requirement.
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE
• Microsoft Azure services and deployments.
• Authentication, payment subscriptions, and external API integrations.
• Angular server-side rendering and troubleshooting application startup.
• AI integrations or health technology applications.
CURRENT TECHNOLOGY
Angular 19, TypeScript, C# / .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server / Azure SQL, and Microsoft Azure.
CONTRACT AND TIME OFF
• Independent contractor arrangement with TechSpire Solutions LLC, a U.S. company.
• Monthly invoicing and monthly payment.
• Approximately 40 hours of weekly availability, with flexible scheduling and agreed deliverables.
• An initial 90-day paid probationary period at the agreed monthly rate, with a review before continuing the contract.
• 15 paid personal days per year, plus Vietnamese public holidays including Tết; the monthly payment remains unchanged for agreed time off.
