Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, or Business Central).
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules, custom APIs, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 platform.
- Build and customize applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or other integration technologies.
- Perform data migration, system upgrades, and application enhancements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Dynamics 365 applications to ensure performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and deployment guides.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/CRM, Finance & Operations, or Business Central).
- Proficiency in: C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, JavaScript / TypeScript, SQL Server, RESTful APIs
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, custom actions, and integrations.
- Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or Azure DevOps is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with source control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
