Job Descriptions :
- Manage and execute end-to-end MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, Exhibition) events and tour operations for both corporate and individual clients
- Create detailed travel and event itineraries (domestic & international) based on client needs
- Prepare accurate quotations/proposals including pricing, package details, and breakdowns
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, hotels, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle all booking processes (flights, accommodation, venues, transport, activities) with precision and timeliness
- Provide on-site support during tours/events to ensure client satisfaction and real-time problem solving
- Develop and monitor budgets, manage invoicing, and prepare post-event reports
- Identify and approach potential clients to offer MICE/Tour solutions and support sales growth
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure service quality
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MICE and/or tour operation roles
- Strong skills in itinerary planning, quotation preparation, and client communication
- Experience in client acquisition, business development, or corporate sales is a plus
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and project management abilities
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects under pressure
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written)
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours depending on project timelines
- Familiarity with travel industry platforms/tools is an advantage
