Requirement Utama
- Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman di performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, atau platform lain)
- Terbiasa handle campaign dengan objective conversion / lead generation
- Pernah manage budget dan bertanggung jawab terhadap performance (bukan hanya setup)
Skill Teknis
- Strong fundamental digital marketing (full funnel: awareness → conversion → retention)
- Audience research & segmentation (persona, intent level, behavioural signals)
- Mampu membaca dan mengevaluasi landing page (UX, CRO, message match dengan ads)
- Analisa performa campaign dan menghubungkan ke business impact (CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback period)
- Bisa mengidentifikasi root cause kenapa campaign berhasil/gagal
- Tahu kapan scale, maintain, atau stop campaign berdasarkan data
- Setup & troubleshooting tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, event tracking)
- Creative judgment: evaluate hook 3 detik, angle, messaging, dan translate ke brief
- Data literacy lintas platform (ads manager, analytics tools, CRM jika ada)
- Paham attribution (window, click vs view, blended vs platform data)
- Hypothesis-driven testing (clear variable, control, success metric)
- Budget management & pacing
- Struktur campaign rapi (naming convention, account hygiene)
- Familiar dengan berbagai objective campaign dan kapan pakainya
- Policy awareness + handle ad rejection/restriction
- Basic funnel understanding (ads → landing page → CRM / follow-up)
- Bisa kerja bareng tim creative (brief, feedback, iteration)
