Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily field activities and merchant acquisition efforts of the BD team.
- Provide field shadowing, coaching, and daily mentoring to maximize team sales output.
- Execute area mapping strategies for deep market penetration in key culinary hubs.
- Track team activities, visit routes, and pipeline status in real-time using internal mobile applications.
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, attendance, and project policies.
- Manage key account acquisitions (popular local eateries & F&B chains) and deal escalations.
- Analyze conversion metrics and report sales insights to senior management in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Requirements:
- Min. SMA/SMK Graduate.
- Min. 2 years experience in Sales/Merchant Acquisition (Leading field sales team is a plus).
- Min. B1 Level (Must provide certificate).
- Tech-savvy in managing team workflows via mobile apps.
- Strong leadership, coaching, & area mapping skills (West/North Jakarta & Tangerang).
