Requirements/ Criteria / Experience needed:
1. Male/female maximum 30 years old
2. Min S1 education
3. Fresh Graduate are welcome
4. Interest in Sales & Marketing
5. Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and a constantly changing environment
6. Proficient in English is a plus
7. Comfortable working using a laptop and internet
8. Great communication and negotiation skills
9. Willing and ready to work both on-field to visit merchants and at office.
About the Job:
Account Management, who responsible for handling merchant who already to be partners and reach the target every month
Job Overview:
1. Approaching and deal to join the Campaign and other Product
2. Handling any concerns and complaints from the merchant
3. Increase revenue and merchant investment
4. Business review of the merchants
5. Reach positive Net Promotor Score (NPS) from merchants
