Deskripsi pekerjaan Merchandising Specialist Patris Official

Tanggung Jawab :

  • Menyusun range plan detail per koleksi (SKU, warna, ukuran, kuantitas) berdasarkan tren pasar dan analisis penjualan historis untuk membuat forecast stok yang akurat.
  • Memastikan seluruh range plan selesai tepat waktu (60 hari sebelum tanggal peluncuran).
  • Menghitung dan mengontrol budget Open-to-Buy (OTB) bulanan agar tidak melebihi batas yang disetujui tim Finance & Head of Product.
  • Memberikan rekomendasi strategi markdown, diskon, atau clearance jika performa penjualan tengah musim (mid-season) berada di bawah target.
  • Memantau sell-through rate per SKU/koleksi secara mingguan untuk mengamankan repeat order produk best-seller sekaligus mengatasi masalah dead stock / slow-moving.
  • Membuat analisis harga kompetitif (competitive pricing analysis) dan laporan evaluasi akhir musim (post-season analysis).
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim Commerce untuk mengumpulkan data penjualan dari semua channel (offline & e-commerce).
  • Menyerahkan rencana kuantitas final ke tim Purchasing/Vendor Specialist untuk eksekusi PO, serta aktif memitigasi risiko jika terjadi kendala produksi atau keterlambatan vendor.

Kualifikasi :

  • Berpengalaman 1-3 tahun di bidang merchandising, buying, atau range planning (diutamakan dari industri fashion atau consumer goods).
  • Mahir menggunakan spreadsheet (Excel/Google Sheets) untuk analisis data mendalam dan perencanaan produk.
  • Terbiasa membaca data penjualan secara detail serta mampu mengambil keputusan strategis berbasis angka (data-driven decision making).
  • Paham mendalam mengenai konsep perhitungan ritel, termasuk STR (Sell-Through Rate), OTB (Open-to-Buy), Inventory Turnover, dan Gross Margin.
  • Memiliki kemampuan merencanakan alokasi stok per SKU (Range Planning) yang seimbang untuk channel offline (toko) maupun online/e-commerce (Shopee, TikTok Shop, dll).
  • Terbiasa membaca data penjualan dalam jumlah besar secara detail, serta mampu mengambil keputusan strategis berdasarkan angka, bukan asumsi.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang kuat untuk menjembatani tim Product/Design, Finance, Commerce/Sales, dan Purchasing/Vendor.
  • Detail-oriented, terorganisir, dan mampu bekerja secara taktis di bawah tekanan target timeline launch produk yang ketat.
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang strategi penetapan harga (pricing strategy) untuk menjaga profitabilitas dan daya saing produk di pasar.
  • Memiliki product sense yang kuat serta pemahaman dasar mengenai karakteristik produk/material sesuai target pasar.
