Merchandising Manager
(Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta)

Requirements :
• Max 30 Years Old
• Bachelor’s Degree major in Marketing, Communication, Bussiness, or equivalent
• Preferably 3 years experience in retail company, e-commerce or related positions
• Fluent in Englist, both oral and writing
• Great Communication and negotiation skills
• Able to maintain awareness of competitors performance
• Arranging meeting with suppliers and managing the distribution of stock, by negotiation cost prices, ordering stock, agreeing timescales and delivery dates and completing the necessary paperwork

Job Responsibilities :
• Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers
• Forecasting profits and sales, and optimizing the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas
• Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season
• Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers (for exemple, the best-selling price point, colors or styles) and ensuring that they reach their full potential
• Analyzing the previous season’s sales and reporting on the current season’s lines
• Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problem or delays as they arise
