We are looking for a Merchandiser Staff to join our garment manufacturing team.
You will coordinate between buyers, production, and suppliers to ensure smooth order processing, accurate sampling, and on-time delivery — while maintaining product quality and production efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with buyers, production, and suppliers regarding product specifications and timelines
Manage sample development, approval, and follow-up
Monitor production progress and ensure timely shipment
Maintain accurate documentation of orders, fabrics, and trims
Ensure product quality meets buyer requirements
Understand about Industrial Engineering (IE) team to improve efficiency and workflow
Requirements :
Minimum S1 degree (Textile, Fashion, or Industrial Engineering)
Understanding of garment manufacturing flow and production planning
Minimum 1 year of experience in garment or textile company (fresh graduates are welcome)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools
Able to communicate in English (verbal & written)
