Role Description
In this role, you’ll be the key link between our production team, vendors, and warehouse. You’ll handle sourcing & vendor management, oversee the procurement process, and ensure production timelines and stock availability run smoothly so our new collections are always on schedule.
You’ll also take part in fulfillment planning with our warehouse partner and support reporting & cost efficiency to keep our supply chain running at its best.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Fashion, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, merchandising, or production.
- Previous experience in the fashion or garment industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills with both vendors and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsive to production timelines and stock availability.
