Deskripsi pekerjaan Merchandiser/Allocator Osella (PT Cipta Kreasisandang Mandiri)
- Allocate New and Replenishment Stock to stores based on sales performance and inventory levels.
- Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales input
- Monitor stock levels across all locations and suggest transfers or reorders as needed.
- Translate demand into actionable supply plans, ensuring timely availability of inventory while minimizing overstock and markdown risk.
- Work with store managers and warehouse teams to fulfill store's inventory needs, balance inventory across locations, and optimize full-price sell-through.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in maintaining accurate product and inventory data in internal systems.
- Ensure product stock allocation and stock movement are sufficient to control stock availability for all stores.
- Provide stock supply for every stores in order to support the store’s sales achievement, Record the all stock supply for all store into the ERP system (SAP).
- Identify STO number that has not been processed by Distribution / Warehouse and provides problem solving for any problems occurred.
- Prepared Daily & Weekly Report STO (Stock Transport Order) for Brand Manager.
Job Qualification
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, WPS and spreadsheets.
- Strong analytical,communication skills and attention to detail
