Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bali, Indonesia for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Supervisor. The MEP Supervisor will oversee site supervision and inspections, ensure quality control, and manage daily operational tasks for building maintenance and facility management. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and team members to ensure proper execution of plumbing and other mechanical and electrical systems. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years experience in MEP supervision for construction projects.
Good understanding of MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection).
Able to read drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
Familiar with QC, NCR, testing & commissioning, and HSE/K3 implementation.
Good coordination, communication skills, and site-oriented mindset.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and control daily MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
Coordinate with MEP contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and resolve technical issues.
Inspect and monitor MEP installations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection) in accordance with QC and safety standards.
Identify non-conformities, issue corrective actions/NCR, and monitor rectification, testing & commissioning until completion.
Prepare progress reports, documentation, and ensure implementation of HSE/K3 standards on site.
