Deskripsi pekerjaan MEP Supervisor PT. High Quality Construction
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise daily Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installation works on site.
Coordinate MEP activities with Civil, Architectural, Structural, and Interior teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth project execution.
Review shop drawings, construction drawings, technical specifications, and method statements before implementation.
Ensure all MEP works comply with project specifications, local regulations, Indonesian National Standards (SNI), and relevant international standards where applicable.
Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with approved Quality Control (QC) procedures.
Conduct site inspections and identify defects, non-conformities, or technical issues, proposing effective corrective actions.
Coordinate with consultants, project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding technical matters.
Verify materials delivered on site to ensure they meet approved specifications and project requirements.
Monitor work progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Assist in project scheduling and ensure MEP works are completed according to the construction timeline.
Supervise testing and commissioning activities, including HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection systems, plumbing systems, sewage treatment systems, and generators.
Ensure proper documentation of inspections, testing, commissioning reports, and as-built drawings.
Support project handover by ensuring all punch list items are completed
Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on site.
Attend coordination meetings and provide technical recommendations to resolve construction issues.
Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure productivity, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements.
Control material usage and assist in minimizing waste and unnecessary costs.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor on hotel, villa complex, apartment, condominium, or high-rise residential projects.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, STP, WTP, generators, pumps, and building utilities.
Familiar with MEP coordination during construction and finishing stages.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and MEP coordination drawings.
Good knowledge of testing & commissioning procedures.
Experience working with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Familiar with Indonesian building regulations, SNI standards, and relevant international codes.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Experience working in international or foreign-investment (PMA) construction companies is preferred.
