MEP Site Manager

The Building Construction Project Manager and MEP Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from planning to completion. Key responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will manage both the structural and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of the project, ensuring all systems are installed correctly and efficiently. They will also monitor site progress, maintain safety protocols, and communicate regularly with stakeholders to address any concerns or adjustments needed throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering or Construction Management. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in construction project management, particularly in villa, apartment, or hotel developments, is required. Proficiency in teamwork, construction management, AutoCAD, project management, Microsoft Office, and civil engineering principles is essential.
