MEP Project Manager (Project-Based 6 Months)
This project is an initiative organized by PT Teknologi Digital Terpadu, partnering with PT Telinco Networks Indonesia as the main contractor, leveraging their extensive experience in technology and telecommunications infrastructure.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- Min. 5 years experience in MEP (experienced as Team Leader)
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems to track real-time environmental metrics
- Knowledge of Voltage substations, UPS systems (Uninterruptible Power Supply), backup generators, STS (Static Transfer Switches), and power distribution units (PDU).
- Ability to strictly orchestrate the construction sequence.
Job Description :
- Drive the end-to-end execution of critical Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing infrastructure from engineering design.
- Formulate project schedules and exercise tight cost control to ensure delivery within budget and on-time milestones.
- Review models for clash detection and oversee specialized MEP sub-contractors during complex equipment installation and rigging.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to align clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and strict SLA compliance throughout the project.
- Implement Method of Procedures and safety protocols.
