The MEP Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within construction projects. This role involves analyzing project specifications, calculating material and labor costs, and ensuring all estimations align with project timelines and budgets. The individual will collaborate closely with design teams and project managers to provide accurate cost projections and support decision-making processes. Additionally, they will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of their work.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering or estimating is required. Proficiency in Structural BIM, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office is essential, along with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and passionate about delivering high-quality results.
