MEP Engineer

PT Cemerlang Karya Konstruksi is a dynamic and newly established entity founded in 2024, dedicated to advancing the construction of building structures with a focus on quality and innovation. Although our operational base is located at Jalan Dewi Sartika No. 1, Tuban, Kuta, Badung, we are currently seeking talented professionals to join our growing team at our project site situated at Jalan Siligita 51, Benoa Kel., Kuta Selatan, Badung, 80363, Indonesia. As the MEP Konstruksi, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems essential to our building projects. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and managing the installation and integration of HVAC systems, ensuring all electrical and plumbing components meet stringent safety and quality standards. You will be expected to utilize Revit and AutoCAD for detailed design reviews and documentation, while also collaborating effectively with various teams to resolve technical challenges on site. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high levels of service delivery, ensuring that all MEP installations align with project timelines and specifications.

1) Review, develop and brief MEP shop drawings, and manage material and equipment submittals;

2) Control installation quality on site, concealed-work acceptance, and records of pressure, insulation and earthing tests;

3) Prepare and review commissioning plans and participate in single-unit and integrated system testing;

4) Verify MEP quantities and provide technical support for variations and claims;

5) Compile MEP as-built drawings, O&M manuals and spare-parts lists.
Bachelor's degree or above in Plumbing / HVAC / Electrical; minimum 3 years' site MEP experience; familiar with ACMV, plumbing & drainage, and electrical / ELV systems.
