MEP Drafter

PT. High Quality Construction is a dynamic construction company specializing in the development of conceptual villa, apartment, and boutique hotel complexes across Bali. With a strong focus on quality and attention to detail, our projects are primarily located in the scenic area of Bukit. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled MEP Drafter to join our team in Kuta Selatan, Kab. Badung, Bali. The MEP Drafter will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings using industry-standard software. This includes preparing technical documentation, collaborating with engineers and architects, and ensuring all designs meet project specifications and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will also assist in coordinating with subcontractors, reviewing design changes, and supporting administrative tasks related to project documentation. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

Candidates must be male and hold an Associate Degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in drafting, particularly within the construction industry, is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office is necessary, along with strong teamwork and customer service skills. The successful applicant should demonstrate a solid understanding of drafting principles and be able to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
