Location: Pecatu, Bali

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Qualifications :

- Minimum STM/SMK in Building Construction or related technical field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP Drafter.

- Proficient in AutoCAD and technical drafting software.

- Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings.

- Experienced in preparing detailed MEP layouts, routing plans, and installation drawings.

- Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work under tight deadlines.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Responsibilities :

- Prepare detailed MEP drawings for construction projects.

- Create mechanical, electrical, and plumbing routing layouts.

- Develop installation details, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.

- Revise technical drawings based on engineering and site requirements.

- Coordinate with MEP Engineers and construction teams to ensure drawing accuracy.

- Ensure all drawings follow project specifications and technical standards.
