Deskripsi pekerjaan MEP Drafter BREIG Property
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years in MEP design, drafting, shop drawing preparation, or junior engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for MEP design, detailing, and shop drawing production; Revit or BIM experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to perform accurate material quantity take-offs and BOQ support for MEP systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, fire protection, power systems, plumbing, and drainage design.
- Experience in preparing detailed shop drawings, as-built documentation, and supporting site installation is a plus.
- Familiarity with international MEP standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, etc.) alongside Indonesian standards.
