JOB DESCRIPTION
- Educate members on essential legal and tax compliance for businesses.
- Guide members in drafting contracts, IP protection, and business agreements.
- Help members develop effective tax planning strategies.
- Provide templates and frameworks for standard legal and tax documents.
- Host Q&A sessions to address members’ legal and tax concerns
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in legal advisory or tax consultancy for businesses.
- Expertise in corporate law, contracts, intellectual property, and tax regulations.
- Experience working with startups or SMBs.
- Certified legal practitioner or tax advisor is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Taxation, or a related field.
- Strong ability to simplify complex legal and tax topics for non-specialist audiences.
- Availability to assist members with specific queries on a case-by-case basis
