Membership Sales Executive / Fitness Consultant

PT AMERTA JIWA INDONESIA is a dynamic management company specializing in spa and fitness services, located in Gading Serpong, Tangerang Regency. We are proud to manage Sandjong Spa at Episode Hotel Gading Serpong and Grid Fitness Hub at Carstenz Mall Gading Serpong, offering premium wellness experiences to our clients. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving membership growth and enhancing customer engagement, making it an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

The Sales Representative / Membership Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new members for our fitness and wellness facilities. This includes conducting sales presentations, demonstrating products and services, and building long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will also be tasked with developing and implementing sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a strong presence in the community, attending events, and providing exceptional customer service to both existing and potential members.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in any field and have between 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or related industries. Strong skills in customer service, customer engagement, sales strategy, and marketing are essential. Experience in B2C and B2B sales, along with proficiency in communication and account management, will be highly advantageous.
