We are looking for a Membership Experience team member who understands that great service goes beyond answering questions. It is about building genuine relationships, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring every member feels valued from their first visit to their daily routine.
About the Role
As a Membership Experience team member, you will be the main point of contact for prospective and existing members. You will introduce people to the Plural Clubhouse experience, guide facility tours, support membership sales, and build lasting relationships with our community.
This is a hands-on, front-facing role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, communicating confidently, and delivering a high standard of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective members, guests, and existing members with a warm and professional approach.
- Conduct facility tours and introduce membership options, facilities, services, and club guidelines.
- Respond to membership inquiries through WhatsApp, email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Support membership sales, sign-ups, renewals, and retention initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with members and understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate membership records, follow up on leads, and manage membership-related administration.
- Coordinate with the gym, recovery, front desk, and operations teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Handle member concerns professionally and coordinate resolutions with the relevant team.
- Support community engagement activities and member events.
- Maintain Plural Clubhouse's service standards, brand image, and overall member experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in membership services, customer relations, sales, hospitality, fitness, or lifestyle clubs is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Confident in conducting facility tours, explaining services, and engaging with prospective members.
- A service-oriented mindset with the ability to build genuine relationships.
- Comfortable with membership sales, lead follow-ups, and achieving membership targets.
- Organized and detail-oriented when handling records, bookings, and administrative tasks.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong ownership of responsibilities.
- An interest in fitness, wellness, and community-driven experiences is a plus.
