We are seeking passionate, fast-learning, and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Automotive Mechanics at BMW Tunas. You will be responsible for a broad scope of workshop operations, including inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair, while gaining hands-on experience with premium automotive systems.
Job Description:
- Perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair work in accordance with BMW standards.
- Conduct initial vehicle diagnostics to identify issues and potential problems.
- Handle mechanical, electrical, and system repairs with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new automotive technologies and repair methods.
Requirement:
- Minimum education: High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK), preferably from Automotive Engineering or related fields.
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair methods.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within a premium automotive workshop.
- Able to work well in a team and follow safety standards.
- Less than one year of experience or fresh graduates are welcome; prior automotive experience is an advantage.
