We are looking for an experienced sales professional with strong industry exposure in medical devices and pharmaceutical sectors, capable of driving business growth and building long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in medical sales, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong experience handling B2B sales within healthcare and hospital market
- Proven experience approaching and building relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare institutions
- Strong understanding of medical devices and healthcare business processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Mandarin proficiency will be a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal skill with professional and consultative selling approach
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Willing to travel for business meetings, hospital visits, and industry events
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Approach doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare institutions for B2B business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical industry
- Conduct product presentations, consultations, and business negotiations with clients and partners
- Identify market opportunities and expand customer network within healthcare sector
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product positioning and customer satisfaction
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and business development strategies for management review
