💼 Job Responsibilities
- Create product demand by visiting hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to encourage product recommendations to patients.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with medical outlets through partnership and sponsorship programs.
- Execute demand creation activities to achieve Sales Demand Creation (SDC) and Doctor Demand Creation (DDC) targets.
- Conduct product presentations and provide medical nutrition information to healthcare professionals.
- Analyze market potential, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare sales activity reports, demand data, and market insights using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure excellent product knowledge and compliance with company policies during all promotional activities.
📌 Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Health Sciences, Nursing, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in healthcare or medical-related companies are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of Medical Nutrition products and the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for basic reporting and data analysis.
- Good time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to conduct field visits.
