Detailed Role Description
• Provide online consultation through Telemedicine for SehatQ during the working hours.
• Assist Digital Medical Manager in developing best practices, standard operating procedures to ensure service quality of SehatQ’s Telemedicine experience.
• Monitoring and supervising SehatQ Provider Project operations • Work with relevant functions to incorporate technologies (AI-assisted Pre-Diagnosis, Clinical
• Decision Support System, analytics tools, etc.) into the Telemedicine offering.
• Undergo trainings as required to regularly improve the service quality of the Telemedicine function.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to execute ideas leading to an improvement of traffic and engagement.
1. Educational Background: A degree in Medicine (Sarjana Kedokteran). Medical specialties in any field is a preference.
2. Work experience desired : Two (2) or more years of practicing Medicine and must have a valid STR and SIP.
3. Mandatory skills & knowledge :
• Basic knowledge of digital healthcare.
• Positive working attitude, high level of pro-activeness and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills. Ability to manage team and decision making.
• Ability to work well with colleagues from different functions, especially with content, marketing, engineering and product teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
