Requirements:

• Medical Doctor.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Medical Affairs Manager.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research, pharmacology, and therapeutic areas.
• Ability to interpret clinical data and scientific literature.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
• Leadership and project management abilities.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards in drug promotion.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Active (professional) English proficiency.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement a Medical Affairs Plan aligned with the company’s business strategy.
• Support the product launch process and lifecycle management from a medical perspective.
• Provide evidence-based medical information to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Deliver scientific training to sales and marketing teams on Therapeutic Areas and Diseases.
• Identify, build, and maintain professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
• Plan and manage Advisory Board activities to obtain scientific and clinical insights from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) regarding therapeutic areas, unmet medical needs, and product development strategies.
• Support clinical research activities both with medical organizations and internally.
• Ensure all medical activities and communication materials comply with regulations, pharmaceutical industry codes of ethics, and company SOPs.
