Job Descriptions :
- Developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximise equipment reliability and uptime
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and equipment
- Conducting regular inspections and monitoring the performance of machinery and equipment
- Coordinating with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimise disruptions
- Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing corrective actions
- Providing technical support and training to maintenance team members
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer/Leader in the manufacturing industry, FMCG manufacture is a plus
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and best practices
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus
- Placement in Cikarang Utara
