Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma 3 (D3) in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Instrumentation/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 year of experience in a Mechanical Leader position, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Experience leading and managing a maintenance team, including task allocation, training, and performance evaluation
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing machine and equipment maintenance systems (preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance)
- Data analysis skills to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime
- Ability to identify root causes of problems (root cause analysis) and formulate long-term improvement solutions
Job Descriptions:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance per established preventative maintenance program
- Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems and using precision measuring and testing instruments
- Diagnose mechanical problems and perform repair and maintenance to machinery
- Inspects and reports the condition of machinery for items needing repair or service
- Fabricate and repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment
- Read and interpret technical manuals
- Operates fixed and mobile equipment, as necessary
