We are looking for Mechanical Engineer
Several responsibilities are:
- Develop mechanical specifications for equipment, such as pressure vessels, pumps, and packaged equipment, in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Prepare mechanical data sheets in accordance with company standards and applicable technical standards.
- Conduct mechanical calculations, including pressure vessel wall thickness calculations and other necessary technical calculations.
- Prepare general mechanical drawings in accordance with applicable engineering standards and practices.
- Develop a general layout plan for the equipment within the plant in accordance with the project’s layout requirements.
- Supporting the preparation of technical proposal documents for project needs.
- Conduct a field survey to collect technical data to support the design work.
To be successful in the role, you would need to have:
- Posses a minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering
- Graduates from reputable university.
- Preference will be given to candidates with 1–5 years of experience.
- Having a very good knowledge in mechanical engineering, selection of
- mechanical equipment types, and related mechanical engineering standards, such as ASME and API standards.
- 5. Proficient in Ms. Office and related mechanical engineering software.
- 6. Able to prepare mechanical equipment drawings and data sheet.
- 7. Able to review vendor’s equipment datasheet/specification.
- 8. Understand interfacing of inter discipline.
- 9. Good communication skills both in Bahasa and English, both verbal and written.
- 10. Willing to travel.
- 11. Preferably living in Bandung or willing to work in Bandung.
