Main Responsibilities :
Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons based on the school curriculum.
Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
Foster students' academic, social, emotional, and character development.
Assess students' learning progress through observations, assignments, quizzes, and tests.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities.
Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and progress reports.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and well-being.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to support school programs.
Participate in meetings, professional development, and school events.
Maintain classroom discipline using positive behavior management strategies.
Encourage creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Integrate technology appropriately into teaching and learning activities.
Perform other duties assigned by the Principal.
