Material Control Staff
PT Space Technology is currently looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Material Control Staff to manage material planning, inventory monitoring, and spare part control to support smooth production and project execution at our Cikarang Plant. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy in data management, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
Job Description
- Monitor and control material stock levels to ensure availability for operational and project needs.
- Manage and verify spare part specifications in accordance with ASME codes and applicable standards.
- Plan and track material delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate inventory data, documentation, and reporting using internal systems.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Warehouse teams regarding material requirements.
- Conduct periodic stock checks and support inventory audit activities.
- Identify potential material shortages and propose corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in material control, inventory, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Good understanding of general ASME codes and spare part standards.
- Strong analytical thinking and delivery planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with good data management ability.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Domiciled in Jabodetabek area or willing to relocate to Cikarang.
