Job Description:
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors on a daily basis to ensure the smooth execution of material development processes.
- Maintain and update the material database by accurately and timely inputting new material and material development data into the ODOO system and dashboard.
- Manage documentation and filing systems related to material development to ensure data is well-organized and easily accessible.
- Maintain the material and swatch library, including categorization, organization, inventory control, and periodic reporting of library conditions.
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support to facilitate material development processes and cross-departmental coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Management, Administration, Textile, Fashion, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, administrative, and coordination skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Willing to work fully on-site in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
