Job Description:
- Create high quality educational content materials (grades ranging from 1-12/all) in the form of scripts that encourage students to critically think
- Ensure content materials meet the digital learning requirements
- Collaborate with fellow Master Teacher’s to plan, execute, and input feedback
- Write problems, exercises and tests explanations that can be translated in video formats
- Lead a team of campers and freelancers by assigning projects and ensure that each individual is on task/meet deadlines
- Collaborate with Content Analysts for quality checks and video shooting activities
- Collaborate with Scriptwriters for storyboard quality checks
- Collaborate with Educational Content Portal writers for content quality checks
- Maintain project documentation and course folders for delivery flow and quality assurance
- Perform as a talent for each respective learning videos
- Solve problems based on each individuals subject expertise
- Lead and participate in workshops/focus discussion groups to strengthen the existing content materials
- Present scripts, assessments and progress reports to the Master Teacher Lead/Manager
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in History Education or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in teaching/curriculum/question set/syllabus with a reputable educational institution.
- Fresh graduates with strong passion in education are welcome to apply
- Possess a strong understanding on the National Curriculum, particularly those used in national exam’s (UN) and SBMPTN.
- Understanding on instructional design knowledge of theory and best practice
- Innovative and creative in the Education sector
- Strong communication, writing, and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and have great organizational skills
- Demonstrate strong leadership, versatility, and integrity skills
- Excellent time management skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work individually and in teams
- Open to constructive feedbacks and is willing to learn
- Passionate about education and content development
- Vast networking with teachers from non-formal education institutions is a plus
- Familiarity with digital learning and educational apps, and has the ability to keep abreast and partake with any changes or trends in the industry
- Understanding of learning content in Education of children from Grades 1-12 is a plus
